Meet our founder

Turning how you sound into a competitive advantage

Stefan Radojcic, founder of Category North

Hi, I’m Stefan Radojcic — the person leading your strategy, writing your most important copy, and reviewing every deliverable our team produces.

I started Category North to solve the only thing that annoys me as much as traffic jams and telemarketers:

↳ Seeing a better B2B company lose to a worse one, simply because the worse one explained itself better

Before launching the agency in 2026, I helped 15+ B2B companies reach 7- and 8-figure revenue and contributed to 8-figure raises — both independently and through my work with Savvy Copy and Attractful.

And the rest of the team?

We don’t have a project or account manager. We also don’t hire junior writers and marketers. It would make us the thing we’re fighting against.

Depending on your needs, your Category North team includes:

  • A Fractional Head of SEO/GEO — 10+ years of scaling web traffic; drove results like 250K+ visits/mo and 150% organic growth in 6 months
  • Senior content writers — each with at least 7 years of experience writing SEO content for B2B companies; also proficient in GEO and AEO

The Category North promise

The Six Refusals

We love what we do. The Six Refusals methodology exists to protect that, as much as it protects you.

Our refusals ensure you get what you came for — a position that attracts your best buyers, and messaging that converts and retains them.

01

Refuse the wrong fight

Can you win against competitors with bigger budgets and more brand recognition? Against the lower-priced ones? Probably, in time. But at what cost?

We carve out a more distinct position in your category — or help you claim a different one, where you become the competitor nobody else can follow.

02

Refuse the generic persona

“Don’t exclude anyone,” someone says. So you write for a broad aggregate, sounding vague (and unappealing) as f*ck. Trying to catch them all, you get ignored by most.

We write not just for your real ICPs, but for the moment they’re in, the channel they’re in, the doubts they’re wrestling with. Using the words they naturally use.

03

Refuse the empty filler

Most B2B copy acts as if readers owe you their time and attention. In reality, the moment they see a paragraph of empty throat-clearing, they bounce or start skimming.

Our copy goes straight to doing its job — pre-selling and qualifying. You don’t waste another prospect call explaining what the copy was supposed to do.

04

Refuse the default voice

B2B messaging used to be personality-free. Too “safe.” Then AI made it worse, flooding every niche with brands that sound exactly the same — average. Indistinguishable.

We create a voice that’s unmistakably yours. One that makes buyers feel recognized and understood before they ever need convincing.

05

Refuse the weak proof

Proof is what sells best. But it only works when it’s specific, answers the right concern, appears at the right moment, and builds in the right sequence.

We place proof exactly where skepticism peaks. By the time someone reaches your CTA, your credibility has already done most of the selling.

06

Refuse the compromise

Years ago, our founder accepted a few projects where clients insisted on skipping research, treating strategic assumptions as facts. The lack of results taught us a lesson.

We now say “no thanks” to projects where research is a nice-to-have. Assumptions must be tested. And you can’t expect new growth from a recycled strategy.

How we work

Less friction. No shortcuts.

Some agencies use complexity to signal value. So they add unnecessary steps to onboarding, unnecessary people to Slack channels, and (dozens of) unnecessary slides to their decks.

Not us. We keep it straightforward to get the right things done faster.

Talk to the doers

You work directly with the senior people doing the research, strategy, and writing. No context gets lost between layers.

Build foundations first

We do deep research and obsess over strategy in the first weeks, so that copy and content ship fast and need minimal editing.

Know what’s next

You always know what we’re working on, what happens next, and what we need from you to keep things moving smoothly.

What clients say

We found their north star.
They left us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. A fair exchange.

“Not generic marketing fluff”

“Hand Stefan a complex product, a set of personas, and a brief. He’ll come back with copy that sounds like your company — not generic marketing fluff. We’ve run dozens of deliverables across three clients, and the quality stays steady. That’s rare.”
— Adam Cleveland, Founder & CEO, Attractful

“The ROI is in the thousands of percent”

“Stefan is a marketing and branding wizard with an uncanny ability to dive in and truly help a business position itself in the marketplace. The ROI on our engagement is in the thousands of percent.”
— Michael Tomaino, CEO, Landcrafters

“So precise it helps me better understand my own thoughts”

“All I have to do is explain vaguely what the effect I’m trying to achieve is, and Stefan comes back with messaging so precise it helps me better understand my own thoughts. I use him for everything that requires irreproachable quality.”
— David Baumann, Founder, Optima Quanta

“They get into what you’re trying to do”

“The communication was easy, raw, honest, professional — and fun. They genuinely get into what you're trying to do. And honestly, the results were exactly what I expected: really good. That’s why we keep reusing everything they produced”.
— Evyatar Bukai, Founder & CEO, Grovero

Let’s talk growth

You didn’t get this far by being average.
Ready to stop sounding like it?

We run a few engagements at a time and are booked weeks (sometimes months) in advance. The sooner you book a call, the sooner we figure out whether we’re a fit. If we’re not, we’ll say so — a bad-fit engagement just wastes everybody’s time.

FAQ

What you asked (or were too polite to ask)
about Category North

“What does Category North do?”+

Category North is a B2B positioning, copywriting, and content agency. We work with SaaS, AI, tech, and B2B services companies that have outgrown how they sound. We fix your messaging foundations before writing the copy that accelerates revenue and the content that compounds value. We’re founder-led, all-senior, and lean on purpose — to give you direct access to proven messaging expertise.

“Who is this Stefan Radojcic, your founder?”+

Category North’s founder. Stefan’s been in marketing for over 15 years, spending 11 of them working directly with founders and CMOs at high-growth B2B companies. He’s had a hand in growing 15+ companies to 7- and 8-figure revenue. He was Head of Brand at a SaaS startup, a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Lead at Crvena Zvezda, and a Senior Copywriter at two leading marketing agencies. He has experience in PR, events, and sponsorships.

“How big is the team, and who’s on it?”+

Small, and deliberately so. Our founder, Stefan Radojcic, leads every engagement, supported by a bench of senior specialists he brings in based on what your work needs — an SEO/GEO lead and B2B content writers, each with 7 to 15+ years in marketing. Things move fast — and you pay much less than you’d pay a generalist agency that probably wouldn’t even put their top messaging experts on your account.

“Where are you based, and which regions do you cover?”+

We’re a remote B2B positioning, copy, and content studio with most of the team residing in Belgrade, Serbia. We’ve worked with teams and founders from the US, Canada, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, China, Singapore, Australia, and a quarter of Europe. Our tech stack closes most of the time zone gap, with some flexibility needed in extreme cases.
